Reduce On-Site IT service time
Inukshuk Technologies offers its' clients remote support services. No software to purchase or maintenance is needed for our remote support services. If a client is experiencing difficulties, but still has access to the internet, Inukshuk technical support personnel can redirect the user to a website that installs a small remote control program. This program allows us to securely login to, and control the clients computer system like we are sitting in front of it. Inukshuk technicians can perform troubleshooting and the possible repair of the problem. Clients' downtime is reduced from possibly days, to hours or even minutes.
Once the technician is finished diagnosing and repairing the system, they log out of the clients computer and the software used for the remote support call is automatically removed from the clients computer. This allows for increased security of the clients computer and network against having an unauthorized connection made after the fact. This meets the HIPAA guidelines that many of our clients must adhere to. This can be done without the costly need for an on-site visit. (Billable hourly rates still apply but may be greatly reduced)
The same remote support option can be used for training sessions on specific features of software our clients may be using that is supported by Inukshuk. Once again, decreasing travel time and increasing cost savings for our clients. (Billable hourly rates still apply but may be greatly reduced)
